Refund policy

Customers may cancel their orders for a full refund, provided they contact us before the order is dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible. Refunds will not be issued in cases where an incorrect delivery address has been provided. In the event a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, we encourage them to contact us promptly to address and rectify any concerns they may have.
